FAQ
How does wall printing work? ▼
We use a vertical wall‑printing machine that prints your design directly onto your wall with high‑resolution, long‑lasting ink.
What surfaces can you print on? ▼
Painted walls, drywall, brick, concrete, wood, glass, and most smooth or lightly textured surfaces.
How big can the print be? ▼
Up to 13 feet tall and as wide as your wall allows. There is no horizontal limit.
Do I need to prep my wall? ▼
Just ensure the wall is clean, dry, and free of loose debris. We’ll let you know if anything else is needed.
How long does printing take? ▼
Most prints take 1–3 hours depending on size and detail.
Is the ink durable? ▼
Yes — the ink is UV‑resistant, smudge‑proof, and designed for long‑term indoor or outdoor use.
Can you print my custom design? ▼
Absolutely. You can send us your artwork, logo, or photo, or we can help refine it for printing.
Do you offer design help? ▼
Yes — we can assist with artwork selection, file prep, or full design support.
How much does it cost? ▼
Pricing depends on size, complexity, and location. We provide a clear quote before scheduling.
How do I book? ▼
Contact us with your wall photos and design idea. We’ll confirm details, quote your project, and schedule your print.
Can the print be removed later? ▼
Yes. The ink behaves like normal wall paint. You can paint over it at any time if you ever want to change the design.
Do you print outdoors? ▼
Yes — outdoor printing is available on most surfaces. The ink is weather‑resistant and holds up well in sunlight and rain.
What file types do you accept? ▼
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and high‑resolution vector files. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll check it.
Will the machine damage my floors or walls? ▼
No. The printer uses soft rubber wheels and does not attach to or mark your wall. It’s clean, safe, and non‑invasive.
Do you offer commercial or bulk printing? ▼
Yes — we work with offices, gyms, retail stores, schools, and event spaces. We can print multiple walls or large installations.
